Board of experts - User-friendlinessPurpose All research shows that user-friendliness is the key to higher efficiency and employee satisfaction. Both have a large impact on the company's image as seen not only by customers and suppliers but also by people who work for your competitors. This is not unimportant when you want to keep qualified employees and recruit new ones. User interfaces are dynamic and the world is constantly changing, as the systems become better and better at working together.
Our goal is to be in the lead when it comes to user-friendliness and user interface. We are therefore establishing a board of experts whose objective is to ensure that we fulfil our goal and that Schilling is still the most user-friendly system in 10-15 years.
Qualifications The board of experts will include selected persons who work with Schilling programs on a daily basis and who understand about user-friendliness. Knowledge about other systems is an advantage but in-depth technical skills are not required to participate. Tasks To come up with good ideas, wishes, and needs for Schilling's user interface now and in the future. Success criteria
